Spirulina is a blue-green algae, a superfood that supports our body on many levels. It is available in powder and capsule form, in various presentations.
One of its main functions is to detoxify the body and remove heavy metals. Its high nutrient content makes it a very healthy addition to your daily routine. While ganoderma is rich in nucleic acid and polysaccharides, has no amino acids, Omega 3 and chlorophyll, spirulina contains 18 amino acids, Omega 3 fatty acids and chlorophyll. So ganoderma and spirulina are like yin and yang, complementing each other.
