Specialty coffees - One Eleven
One Eleven coffees are the brainchild of Attila Molnár, four-time Hungarian barista champion and World Championship finalist. Encouraged by the success of his "specialty" coffee brand (Tamp&Pull), he decided in 2016 to start his own roastery.
Attila has been specialising in specialty coffee for 15 years, which is basically a rarity in this country. In 2009 he was the only Hungarian to reach the final of the World Barista Championship (WBC). His unique international experience makes him a leading Hungarian coffee expert.
They are the ones who seek out the world's speciality coffees, which are specialty certified and support local, small farms (families, community) with their purchases.
These coffees come only from places where the farmers are committed to quality-driven value creation and where the principle of sustainable farming is an integral part of the life and work of the coffee farm.
The aim with all roasted coffees is to bring out the flavour and aroma of the perfect variety and processing, achieved through prolonged professional profiling and testing.
We have decided to join the effort to make these coffees as widely known as possible.
As these are coffees from smaller farms, we can expect more frequent product changes.
